Ivan The Geek fd75a25756 chore: bootstrap Cheddar/SugarLog repo with NEXUS compliance 
Minimal scaffold; no application project or build system yet:
- AGENTS.md + CLAUDE.md generated from /NEXUS/LOGOS/AGENTS.source.md
- .gitignore (.claude/* with settings.json allowlist)
- .claude/settings.json wiring the canonical NEXUS Stop hook

core.hooksPath points at /NEXUS/LOGOS/ARMAMENTARIUM/git-hooks
(Trojan Source pre-commit + auto-push post-commit), so this commit
publishes itself to the freshly created Cheddar/SugarLog remote.
