META

Workshop for NEXUS concept work and in-development NEXUS apps.

META is where ideas about the NEXUS ecosystem itself get formed, drafted, and refined. NEXUS app concepts (ATLAS, FORGE, PAXUS, STRATUM, future ones) incubate as subdirectories here before they graduate to first-class top-level /NEXUS/<app>/ repos.

Two promotion paths from META:

• App graduation -- a subdirectory matures into a standalone NEXUS app and moves to /NEXUS/<app>/ as its own repo.
• Shared library -- scripts, conventions, methods that apply across projects get promoted into CODEX.

Material that never matures stays here as part of the thinking trail -- META is also the right home for philosophical / architectural drafts that don't necessarily produce a deliverable.

Bootstrap stage. Empty. Subdirectories emerge as concepts get drafted.
